RMA Policy:
The warranty period for our products are 6 months after shipment for all the
defected goods.
RMA Procedure:
1. Make sure the goods are our products and within warranty.
2. Completes the RMA form and send to us by Fax or E-mail.
3. RMA number will be assigned to the customer within 3 days.
4. Send out the shipment to us within one week by prepaid freight.
5. The arrived goods will be checkec, and confirmation will be sent out
within 2 days of the RMA arrival.
6. The repairing period is normally one weeks. If the goods cannot
be returned on time, the customer will be informed,
and alternative solutions such as replacement will be provided.
7. The repaired/replaced goods will be sent to the customer.
