1. How could I get samples? 

We can supply some free samples (total value under ten US dollars) if you
have a courier freight collectable account and prepay the freight. 
If the total value of samples is more than ten US dollars, we will ask you  
for the charge of both the samples and the courier.  

2. How could I get your price list?

Please send email or fax us for our price list you are interested in.

3. Can we customize our products?

Yes. 

Logo and/or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing. 
You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG or TIFF format. 
If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the
products, such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 3000 units per 
model. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw 
format (300 dpi). 

4. What's the warranty of your products?

The warranty period of our products is 6 months. We provide repaire/free 
replacement for unqualified products.

5. How to place an order?

Please send us your purchase order by either email or fax. Alternatively, you 
can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. The following 
information needs to be provided to place your order: 

a. Shipping information - company name, address, phone number, fax 
number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method (by courier, 
by air or by ocean container)
b. Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price, color, specification, logo printing, package
c. Delivery time required
d. Freight payment (by collect or prepay)

6. How can the products be sent to us?

For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, sent usually by courier.
For orders from 100 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.

The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on 
quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, 
sea port).

7. Can you arrange the transportation for us ?
Yes. We can arrange sea, air or courier transportation for you.

8. How can we become your sole distributor ?

If you can sell our products USD50,000 per month, you could be our sole 
distributor in your city or area; If you can sell our products worth more
than USD100,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in the country.

9. What's your usual payment term for orders? 

Wire transfer ( T/T ) to our company bank account after order confirmation. 
We don't accept payment by credit card or visa card.
